I will be 58 in November and have worked out on and off my whole life. Back in the gym, on trt and going for one last goal. I'm going to dead lift 580 lbs on the dead lift machine. Then my heavy lifting days will come to a close. I'm 5' 8" at 185 lbs bf around 17%, diet right on the mark....I think it's time to rock and roll. I have until the end of November, this last lift will be done to honor in memory my youngest son. IT will get done.... 500 lbs was my old best until last friday and I hit 520 lbs, don't know if I can hit the mark but I'm going after it.
