High Testosterone with low libido
I had my test levels checked and the Doctor only checked the Total Testosterone and my levels were 648. I have had problems in the past with low T and that is why I went and had them checked... My libido is slipping and just feel as something is wrong...
I am 32. 6'1 195lbs... Getting aroused is not hard but the drive is not there..
I am afraid that my "free testosterone" levels are low. If so what is the best way to raise my " Free Testosterone" levels.

How to safely raise Estrogen
I am not sure what I would be doing to keep estrogen low.... I am taking Vitamin C, Vitamin B, Zinc,
I have a Vascetomy Reversal about 2 months ago.... Should have no effects on Libido according to my doctor... but every since then my libido is down... Had my levels checked and they are fine at 600+ for total test.....
I have to do something fast.... Have no libido sucks....
What is a safe way to boost estrogen levels and keep them at a safe non-aromatizing level ???

If you want to solve the problem, then find out what the problem is first.
Get proper bloodwork and post it. Get Total/Free/Bioavailable Test levels checked. DHT, also estrogen (sensitive). Free T3, TSH, etc.
It's very possible to have high test, and low DHT, or either high or low estrogen. Why guess? Get tested.. and then treat the real issue.. or else you're just wasting your time.

you can get cheap bloodwork at privatemdlabs if you can't get em free, so there really isn't a downside. People really underplay how estrogen-dependent libido is, too high or too low could be causing you problems. Simple blood test would let you know. If free test is low on the test try divanil (nettle root extract) if you want to stay natty. but this will most likely make your e2 levels jump and could exacerbate your problem if you do have too high of estrogen. Save yourself the pain and wonder.. just get the test.

It is very possible to have normal hormone levels and still have low libido since there are other things that contribute to arousal.

Lemme quote the Wikipedia God:
"Prolactin levels may be checked as part of a sex hormone workup, as elevated prolactin secretion can suppress the secretion of FSH and GnRH, leading to hypogonadism, and sometimes causing erectile dysfunction in men."
Don't forget this one in your bloodwork. If the levels come back high, then you'll want to rule out a pituitary prolactinoma (MRI). If you check out OK, there's "prolactin antagonizers" out there that can be used as therapy. You might even get an MD to prescribe it. If not, look for research grade Cabergoline if you're a do-it-yourself kind of guy. Good luck with this issue, I'm sure it's no fun.

Let me throw one last thing at you. I assume by libido, you mean your "desire" to have sex (not ED). If some college cheerleader ripped off her panties, bent over and hiked up her cheer skirt, and said " give it to me!", would the desire be there??? Yes.....?
Maybe youre bored with your current partner??????

You could have ED due to stress / anxiety. If that's the case - your libido will plummet because you are subconsciously trying to protect yourself from failure.
But the more you avoid sex ... the more the anxiety grows ...
and the worse the issue gets.
If this is your issue - you need a bit of time and few "wins" under your belt.
I'd talk to your doctor - but Viagra and Cialis, if you can get them - will fix your ED problems. This would give you some time to get beyond the stress and anxiety. A lot of guys, once they get past the anxiety - have no need of the drugs after that.
As far as WANTING to have sex? Well who cares? Your libido drops as you get older - that's natural. There's no need to WANT to pound every girl that walks by - it's a bit of a distraction isn't it? As long as you can get it up, get it in, and get it off ... what's the issue? I'm sure once the motor is running you enjoy it ... who cares how you crank the engine?

I would love to keep the libido of an 18 yr old until I'm very old. Libido is actually closely tied in with someone's overall health status too. That's why there's so many things besides sex hormones that play a role in it.
