I'm 35 years old and am just getting back into the gym after a long long layoff. Laziness really. I've been doing a lot of reading of the posts. I've ordered 2 bottles of Natadrol. I'm planning on getting back into it slowly though. I also ordered Formadrol as the PCT. Will also be using fish oil and BCAA's. I've read alot of different things regarding dosage. Any ideas or advice would be extremely helpful. Don't wanna screw myself up. Currently at 190lbs, goal of 215-220.
