hey guys, my first post!
I found this site while researching supplements, i am almost 44yrs old and train BJJ twice a day/ 5 days a week.
It seems in the last few months I have noticed a loss of strength, after I got a bad stringer, my endurance is still there, which is good.
Many people I train with, strength train, i do not and i am thinking maybe need to.
I have strength trained in the past, and in the 80's did anabolics, had great success with them. And now in my 40's illegal gear seems alittle too risky,
bottom line what do you guys suggest in the way of supplements for grappling strength?
H-drol looks interesting, but I havent a clue...
