thanks man. went to the gym today and did incline db's, and weighted dips. kept the reps up around 14 to protect my old joints until they get used to lifting iron again

thanks all. Im gonna slowly make my way back into it. I know what my body can and cant handle these days. Im a little weaker but way smarter
