Understanding Estradiol Reference Ranges
Hello,
I'm trying to understand my E2 reference range. I used quest diagnostics Ultra-Sensative Estradiol test. The range states <29pg/ml for Males.
My result was 28. I'm on TRT and my Total T is 1000+ along with Bioavail of 600ng/dl.
Now, normally 28 doesn't sound high at all. Everyone on here says in the 20's is optimal...but is that according to standard Estradiol test range? Most ranges are 10-50+ for males.
So, would 28 on the "ultra-sensative" mean that my estrogen is extremely high? My doc prescribed me A-dex telling me my estrogen was super highand I should be emotional as hell.
