hello all, just wanted to say hi, this is my 3rd try at a forum , so happy new year!, did well dieting over the holidays and now its time to get motivated !!, planning 3 summit climbs of various western cascade volcanoes, Lassen, Shasta and Hood maybe, gotta crack the whip again! 6 months or so to do it , using some animal-pak, whey protein , beta aniline and hyper shock for recovery, any older guys having any results for aerobic conditioning with a specific supplement? , i like to hear what your thoughts are, i Bike and lift 4-5 days a week , and hike when the weather permits with a 25-45 pack. so give me your thoughts

Sounds like you're doing an awesome job already. I train for muscle size and strength, but I guess aerobic conditioning goes along with it since I don't rest throughout my workouts. I like Universal's products, and I am using MyoFusion for protein. I also take MHP's Dark Matter immediately after training. I haven't tried Hyper Shock - need to check it out.
