of course im new, have no clue and wondering why my livers aches.
im 35yrs old and decided after 6months of stale mate with the weights i would try some ph's.

what i wound up with is:
3-AD
METHYL HALOBOLIN
AND 17 DIOL
THE LAST TWO ARE FROM SPORTS ONE.

WITH THIS COMBO I'VE SEEN.
SIZE GAIN
VERY SMALL STRENGTH GAINS
AND ABOUT 8LBS OF WEIGHT

AND A LITTLE BIT OF LIVER QUIVER.

IS THIS A GOOD STACK OR BAD.
WHAT SHOULD I STACK WITH 3-AD OR SHOULD I CHOSE SOMETHING ELSE
 
um, dosages?
your stacking 3 steroids, 2 of which are methylated, and you're wondering why your liver hurts? my guess is you aren't even using supports supps.
 
Actually what i've decided to do is go to a hrt clinic and let them do all bloodwork. And prescribe what i need to get youthful levels.

if you took one cap of each, I dont think your liver would be hurting, unless you are an person who lives an unhealthy lifestyle and then decided to take steroids because you think it will make you healthy.

90mg of methylated steroids are safe for up to 6 weeks in healthy adult males. key word healthy.

you are 35. if you drink alcohol, and/or eat fast food regularly, these are two things that ruin your liver among lots of others, if you dont take care of it, it is stupid to take multiple methylated compounds, you are asking for a recipe for disaster. and how do people feel their liver hurting? that seems like saying, my pancrease hurts, how the hell do you know it's your liver? cause it hurts in that area?

go to a doctor, get checked out, blood test, tell him what you've done, leave ph/ps/ds/aas to the people who do research before using them, and never touch them again, all natural for you from now on.
