    My work schedule is erratic. Often 2 or 3 days in a row of 16-18hr days then a few days off without any pattern. I have been thinking of a pulse cycle and was wondering if it would work with this type of schedule. Pulse one or two days on, no work out for 2 days then repeat. Does this defeat the purpose of a pulse cycle?


  2. If your not able to be consistent in the gym then I wouldn't worry about doing a PH cycle.

  3. I am consistent to the gym three to four times a week for the past 15 yrs. There have been a couple of six month layoffs due to injuries and things but I always go back.
