I have used variations of aitkens diets in the past that have worked well for weigth loss, but they also ruin my gym workouts.
I am interested in trying carb cycling, but of all the programs i have found via search etc, they vary WIDELY in terms of carbs suggested, days at each intake level...
Scientists discover key to manipulating fat; Pathway also explains stress-induced weight gain
In what they call a "stunning research advance," investigators at Georgetown University Medical Center have been able to use simple, non-toxic chemical injections to add and remove fat in targeted...
Imagine you were a 6'2", 238 lb cat, at 16% bf.
You were over 30, had worked out for 15+ years. Never done juice, no hormones, but had researched extensively (although I had not been keeping up on the latest and holy Sh*t there is are lot of new products in the last six months!).
If you were...
Anyone heard of this company. They do scientific studies on you to determine your particular physiology and supposedly help you figure out the best way to train your body.
It seems pretty neat, but wanted to see if anyone had done it.

I realize this is not ideal, but sometimes you got to grab a quick meal that will stick with you for a bit.
Scorch from MAN + Sesathin seems to be the best stack I have ever used. One of my biggest problems has always been cheat meals on the weekends and the Sesathin at double dose seems to really decrease the damage. Let me know your thoughts.
I tried to add in the syneburn, but makes me carsh hard.
I have to know, does this stuff just make you crash like a mother? I don't think I came down this hard from ECA. It sucks that is does this to me because I can't use a lot of Thermogenic products because they have it. Is this uncommon?
Think it horrible that this would happen, but how in the world can you ban something like PH where there is extremely limited info on any adverse effects and then leave something like this out there. This isn't some weak link, this is take the pill and three people died. I don't get it...
I have read many of the links as well as all the info on minoxidil.com.
Everyone here seems to think that Spiro is the best, but based upon the recommeded products on minoxidil.com, it seems like they feel AAcid and Minox @ 5% each is the best approach. I only mention that site because so...
Just wanted to get some thoughts.
I've been reading tons of threads on PCT. In some, people really stressed the importance of not just using Nolva for PCT, but also HCG. Is this necessary? Seems like in the more recent threads this is less mentioned.
Help a brother out.
