I blew up a 5lb propane tank in a bonfire with a .308 last night

i add some light sled pulling (for distance) on my nonWO days
cardio a few times a week, i throw a kettle bell (65lbs) overhead
for a supp. exercise and to help with my horrible GPP

i hit my right glute the other day and now it seems i have a less than golf ball size knot in there, aboutt the size of a shooter marble.
i have been rubbing it with hot water, and it doesnt seem like it is going down.

Since eggs are the cheapest source of protein I have discovered,
I eat "at least" a dozen a day, all raw, normally six when i wake up 6 when i go to sleep, usually in a 50g ON protein shake.
I truly believe this is why i have postponed my injectable cycle,

Me and my buddy do this 4x5 rep counting program.
his dad was a powelifter in the 60's he did it and made good gains. my buddy also did it as a kid and benched 370 at 19, so it seems like it works.
I was making good gains off of it until i started messing around with a modified W-side system...
