Pill form would be a waste of money. Taurine has NO taste whatsoever. And it's unbelievably cheap in powder form.

A '00' size Cap M Quick, available at any health food store, or 1fast400.com. Bag of '00' caps. A capsule tamper is much preferred to pack more powder into each cap. It's easy but tedious, and instructions are on the Cap M Quick box.

Bear in mind, this is 5 lbs of completely lean tissue, over a short cycle. Imagine a longer cycle stacked with other fun toys. With that said, I just ordered 2 bottles... I feel like I'm waiting for Christmas all over again.
