You say that it is best to take it with food. NAC(not certain about the other ingredients) should not be taken with food I thought. My understaning was that absorption is inhibited by food.

Thanks for the input- I am giving them a shot just for a change of pace regardless. Plus, pills at the moment are easier than powder to take due to my environment during the day. Do you always take them with food? Chew or swallow?

yes, it is a bit steep-great price on the product but when shipping is free to the US and $30 fo two bottles to canada, you get pissed! Is there not anyway to do this cheaper for your customers in Canada???

Any issue with making a huge shake with water or milk blended in the morning with fruit/oats/nuts and sipping throughout the day. Meaning will the protein degrade???
