You say that it is best to take it with food. NAC(not certain about the other ingredients) should not be taken with food I thought. My understaning was that absorption is inhibited by food.

non-workout 4 morning (or should it be 6 pills as well split)

Probably a stupid question but I like to know if there is any toxcity issues before I try it. Any issues using it with a ph in terms of liver and such?
Thanks for the input- I am giving them a shot just for a change of pace regardless. Plus, pills at the moment are easier than powder to take due to my environment during the day.

Any issue with making a huge shake with water or milk blended in the morning with fruit/oats/nuts and sipping throughout the day.
