Try warming up first with 2 sets of tricep rope extensions, light weight just to get the blood flowing down there. I used to have pain in my elbows too from skullcrushers and then i started doing warmups with rope extensions and they feel much better.
Yep fully recovered. I did my first competition this year at the npc junior cals. took 4th in the collegiate. wish i would have done better, but i messed up with that last week of prep. This year im coming back with vengeance to show people what ive got.
Seems that I am recovering faster than usual. Don't know if this is even possible, but it might be as goat whey targets a greater igf-1 response than other proteins. Also i've noticed it goes down really easy, no bloating or stomach ache some people get for whey. Its got kind of an addictive...
I use it as a staple. I always get really good pumps off it, good stimulating effect, noticeably better muscular endurance. I think its a pretty solid product. The only similar product I like better is "Animal Pump", which i think is even better.

Ecdy is a good supplement. Like bioman says "keep your expecations reasonable". On turkesterone i noticed some nice vascularity and leaning out effect.
