About Me: Been in the Army 9 years, have 2 combat deployments (including the initial invasion into Iraq in 2003). My wife is currently serving in Afghanistan (also a soldier). We have 2 kids - 4 year old boy, 3 year old girl. Tried most of my life to gain weight - muscle, fat, extra bone, whatever....just can't seem to do it. My brother is on this site and recommended it to me...and considering he is in the industry it's probably a good idea to take his advice. Being in the Army, where everyone has to maintain a certain body fat percentage, we run ALOT. So it makes packing on weight next to impossible....but **** it I might as well go to trusted source and get suggestions, right?
