  1. Expiration of Dopadex

    I just received an order that contained 4 bottles of Dopadex that all have a EXP05 2015 stamped On them. I realize that for some (most) supplements this wouldn't matter. Is this the case with Dopadex? If not, how long would they be good for? Should I send them back?

    Your post was a little hard to follow but when I run this stack (one of my favorites) I run it for 8 weeks with the following dosing: Alpha - 2 caps @ bedtime (empty stomach) Hard - 1 cap, 3 times per day (upon waking, 4 hours afterwards and bedtime)

    Thanks bolt10! So the Norcodrene is "more effective" before weights than pre-cardio - I'm guessing from an increased intensity of weight training perspective? I was trying to get the greatest advantage from the alpha-yohimbine in the formula (since I assume it is a potent dose).

  7. How to use Target A2 to maximize fat loss

    From what I've researched, it's best to dose during times of fasting, on an empty stomach, 1-2 hours before eating. I personally dose mine first thing in the morning prior to my fasted training or cardio then again in the afternoon before my main workout.

    Timing I workout in the evenings after work around 5:30 and then I come home eat and shower. Question is, is it fine if I just apply the 1-T when I get out of the shower?
