This product looks very interesting. I normally consume a high amount of carbs even when dieting...so it might be worth it to grab a few bottles. Also subbed.

Nothing at all. Possibly a side effect from water retention? Muscle recovery has noticeably increased as well as sleep...

Has anyone noticed an increase in stiffness? Seems to take a few extra minutes to warm up and joints seem to ache a bit more. Test subject is 3 weeks in.

I was randomly sneezing all day yesterday couldn't figure out why. Seems like 25mg started the allergies. Could also just be coincidence. I'll keep ya updated.

That was My concern as well with sleeping too deep with having two kids. I'm currently taking 2 caps of Somatozine before bed and have no trouble getting up in the middle of the night.

Perhaps I will log it then. I'm currently bulking and that's supposedly when it really shines so I would be curious as to the results it would produce. I just want to be able lift somewhat heavy again! So we shall see

How are your joints holding up? Are you noticing improvement in Normal wear and tear? I've had a few nagging joint pains for a while and hoping this just eases it.
