Taste is very VERY mild...I can take it straight. It has a very subtle hint of raspberry and offers a nice tingling, warming sensation to the palate.

I second the mild taste on the raspberry ketones. In water it is noticeable, but not offensive at all. In anything citrus or fruit flavored you can't tell its in there at all.

The GMS is a great product to take along with Melting Point, it seems to greatly reduce cramping and water retention from tta.
