If we’re being honest I think “very well dosed” is giving the product way too much credit. The only other GDA I can support as effective is the new glycophase. I don’t personally care for some of the ingredients in it, but it is effectively dosed.

This ^^^ Glycoshiled is far superior in baselining Blood glucose levels and utilizing carbohydrates compared to Slinmax.
Slinmax barley moved my blood glucose monitor with 25,50,75, or 100g of carb meals. Glycoshield was twice as effective IMO

again I am very detailed anytime I run a new GDA and this is how I test them

Take a meal with 25,50,75,100g of carbs and take my BG Before the meal
wait 90-120 minutes after the meal and re-take my BG

This shows you how fast the product can help baseline Blood glucose aftre a carb based meal.
Expensive to buy all the strips? Sure... but to know what the product is doing and the impact is truly has is worth its weight in gold, and saves you money in the long run on what works and what doesn't work.

This is just my 2 cents. If you want to invest in a GDA I highly suggest using a blood glucose monitor and seeing how well each product responds for you.

There were better deals for the Olympia on a lot of things checking back to the Olympia thread i.e. Hyde Potion was 30% instead of 25% now, etc. A lot of good products were 30% off. Guess beggars can't be choosers but I would think you'd have the same or better deals for BF than the Olympia. Still going to order a few things but not as much.

I got some rpg on the way... Regular serving size is supposed to be 4 caps. And everything I've heard from people who have used it is its better than predator and one of the best gdas (both in ingredient profile and effectiveness). Guess I'll put it heads up against predator when it comes today... Still got a fridge full of leftovers

Oh and I do have a bcm w strips but I never use it lol
