BRITE works entirely on its own pathways - which means it'll neither negatively or positively affect your cycle directly. It does what it does and your cycle does what it does.

same here, slight warming effect. The best feels come from looking in the mirror. I cant believe how well I respond to Brite!!

It's going quick according to FB. You guys might want to jump on it. I'm hoping this is my last 2 bottles before soft gels.

Empty stomach is fine. I often use BRITE on an empty stomach.

Yeah I can use it on an empty stomach with no issues too. Just wondering if taking it with meals makes it somehow less effective as some supps say always on an empty stomach.

If I were to up the dosage of BRITE by 2 pumps per day, would you recommend doing a schedule of 3,3,2 or 2,2,2,2 (spread out evenly). Probably wouldn't make a big difference but just wondering if one would be optimal.

My favorite was 3 squirts 3x/day. Made a noticeable difference, IMO.

What I'm doing now, because of convenience and trying to stretch out my bottle is 3 AM and 3 PM about 12 hours apart.

But 3 squirts every 8 hours is awesome.

I noticed a huge difference going from 3x2 to 3x3 also. Got the idea seeing MidwestBeast post and loved it and is the only way I have run the product since trying it. I'm about to start running the product at 3 squirts a day maintenance while I run other products I have stocked up.

000 is ideal. 00 holds about 7/8 of a squirt.

Now, that was the original pumps. The new batch (say anything ordered in the past 2 weeks) dispenses 2 cc per squirt, so it would be under 1/2 a squirt.

It squirts out where you screw on the cap/pump and runs down the sides. Then when u pick it off my desk I'll notice a sticky circle around the bottom if the container even tho I thought I'd cleaned the press up well

The rise in temperature is noticeable even after the firs day, and it continues to get more intense the longer you take t.

My wife commented that when we were first married I gave off heat at night but now no I never noticed but I gain fat easily now and wonder if it is a thyroid thing. Anyways the heat thing interests me looking very forward to the brite soft gels.
