Nice Volume katness!!! How are you feeling lately? I had a good workout yesterday although I got hit few days ago with one of those weird stomach bugs. Even though I'm back to regular lol for the last day and a half my stomach keeps cramping out of no where.
Yikes! Not good! I've been feeling good minus just worn out from staying busy. Recovery has been great! Very little soreness and short lived as well.

No fun! I hope you feel better! Ours was really busy. Trying to clean out the house, put things in storage, give them away etc to get ready to rip up the old floors. We are getting new ones throughout the house on Thursday.

Went with one of the girls I work with to the little gym at our newest satellite office downtown to get in some cardio. I convinced her to do some tabata. She had never tried it before so that was a blast laughing and dying through it together! We did rounds of burpees/box jumps/jump rope. Then we walked around outside for about 15 mins after the tabata. I also did another 20 mins after work as well as ab work and banded pull ups.

I have started cycling my carbs some now that I'm cutting. I went a little over a couple of days last week so I'm trying harder this week to be spot on... So dessert for tonight is sugar free jello!

Thank you! I sure hope so! Weighed today and I had gained the 2 lbs I lost over the past 2 weeks. So frustrating but just trying to think positively and keep pushing forward.

Thank you! I really appreciate it! Just so not happy with my size right now. I wish my body made sense. Cutting calories should equal weight loss not weight gain.

We have officially finished our floors, placed everything back where it belongs and installed a new dishwasher. Unfortunately it broke during the installation of new floors. God is good and we found a great deal on a bosch though! I will say that removing vinyl flooring is one of the hardest things we have done! Lol I didn't skip any training though so I got plenty of activity this week! Haha Even got to sleep in this morning to try to catch up on some rest! Surprisingly thanks to Dieselade I still am not too sore! ?

Quite possible you lost fat and gained muscle, which muscle weighs a lot more than fat ( 2 to 1 ratio ) i believe. Don't get discouraged

I really think it's the stress of being so busy. I managed another 4 lbs while training and working in the house/floors over the weekend and still sticking to my diet. My body is silly! Having hashimotos (a thyroid disorder) and it being an auto immune, my body reacts poorly under more stress.

Sorry it's been a while...floors are done and house is back in order--well, minus the mess I'm making with the cake orders for the week.

Switched training up this week to a push/pull style to fit my schedule. We just opened a 3rd office downtown and we start there at 7:30 so training before work and seeing the family off just can't happen on those days. Lifting days this week are mon, tues, thurs, fri. I had been there a while. I let him work in with me on the last two sets...but it made me have to wait too long between sets and very nervous. I messed up so just planned to go back and squat later. Not enough time though.

Holy crap!! That one wore me out! Awesome workout for sure. I think I'm going to drink an extra scoop of Dieselade for double recovery! Lol I'll give details on a few but it was about a 36 set pull workout not including jump rope between sets.

What a busy end to the week! I had 2 large cake orders to finish. One shaped like a cartoon character and the other had an edible purse, makeup, and nail polish on top. They both had side orders of cake pops and cupcakes as well. So needless to say, I was stressed out! Lol Finished around 1:15 this morning. Back up before 8 for the kids soccer! So glad they didn't have early games! Haha

Booked our plane tickets to San Diego mid June. I'm so excited! God really blessed us to make it happen. We planned to use our flier miles but ran short and someone ended up gifting is what we needed to get there!

Nutrition has been on point. Had my first free meal last night and surprisingly didn't want that much to eat. Lol

Fixed my last scoop of Dieselade yesterday! Man, has this been a good supplement! As many of you know, I have struggled with recovery, being and staying sore. This has been a huge help in that! I will write up my full review in the next few days.

Taste 8.5/10
To be honest, at first, I really wasn't sure about the taste. It grew on me though, as I got use to the sweetener. If you're use to artificial sweeteners, like I was, it taste a little odd. Now, I'm a big fan of the flavors and really enjoyed drinking them during my workouts

Mixability 9/10
Mixed very well! All it took was a few good shakes. As it set, just a little would settle on the bottom, as you would expect. But all you had to do was lightly tip the bottle 1-2x's and it was mixed again.

Performance 10/10
This product delivered! It helped immensely both in recovery and fatigue during workouts! I usually stay sore for several days with the majority of my training programs. With Dieselade, I was very impressed at how quick I recovered. I changed programs 3 x's while using it. Only initially (first 2-3 days using Dieselade) was I actually sore for long. At most, I was slightly sore for maaaaayybe 24 hrs a few times.

Overall I give this a 9.5 the taste was the only thing I'd see being an issue. Chuck is very honest with the fact it tastes different and it may not be for everyone. I feel the high quality of the product and being natural products far out weighs the fact it doesn't taste like the typical candy/koolaid flavored aminos! Great job Chuck!!
