Great end to another 5/3/1 mesocycle. 190x 1 overhead press and 310x 1 deadlift.

Deloading next week with some light to moderate 5x5 work. Starting new erase tomorrow. My shoulders and elbows r totally fried right now. Very sore and strained, feels like tendonitis. May try to get a nice deep tissue massage soon too.

Norcodrene update

Agter 4 days I'm ready to say this stuff kills my app similar to ephedrine. I could hardly grocery shop yesterday bc the sight of certain foods made my stomach turn. I questioned "do I really wanna eat that" with a few things I normally wouldn't flinch at. It doesn't last long tho I will say.. Probably 2-3 hours max for me for the app suppression. Sweating is way up as well as general thermo. Underarm sweating is the highest ever.

Started taking ZMK by millennium and Lean Dreams by ALRI last night. I was OUT COLD in like 10 minutes. I fell asleep the earliest i have in months. Felt very refreshed too.

Dialing back on the weight this week and doing 8x8 program for a shock week and to give joints a break. Gonna pick up some super cissus right now bc I need it asap for my wrist and elbows otherwise my progress is gonna stop and maybe regress.

Libido is wayy up... Effect of the new erase? Also done very little cardio over the last 4-5 days and I would normally start to notice it but things are good body comp wise. Just feel very burnt out CNS wise and joints. Gonna do a HIIT day tomorrow but probably no more cardio til the weekend. Focusing on the light weights to help heal these joint issues

Pretty good high volume arm day today. Light weight to help the wrist heal and just focused on form and mind muscle connection. Libido still good with the new erase which is nice bc the original used to kill mine at 3 caps a day. Brain fog is starting to clear. I will post up yesterday's HIIT workout soon. Just started into second bottle of new anabeta elite as well

I think I need to stop doing 531 for squats... None of my pants fit in the legs and hips, waist is unchanged.. I literally struggle to go out for a dinner where I can't wear baggy jeans or sports pants.. Wtf

Amazing how fast your legs grow Cam...
It's so annoying lol. Chest too. My tattoo artist flat out asked me "why are your arms so small and your chest so big, do u bench like everyday?" I was like fck u man I bench once a week and I DONT KNOW! I cannot figure out how to grow my arms and delts. I've tried literally everything I can find. I've had the same size arms since I was 18 or 19.

Noticing the last 3-4 days I've been very moody / easily snap / short fuse. New Erase and norcodrene are both first time uses for me.. I'm wondering if its affecting me in a way that's affecting my mood / patience

Going to do a 5x5 program this week to further assist healing of joints and wrist. It's feeling good but I don't wanna rush it and have to start healing all over.

Cissus is definitely helping. Temper is very bad... Idk what it could be- the only thing that is new Is the new erase. I really have to watch myself and I explode at least once a day and say or do something I end up regretting :/

I will post the work outs this week. Then next week is gonna be a deload or off work before I pick up the 531 again and start adding in more volume and hypertrophy lifts to make the final push before it starts getting warm out. By may I want to start recomping and by June 1 I wanna be 90% "there" to peak physique wise for mid June and July. As long as I can keep BF% where it is until I add in EC, ill be golden.

I've intentionally "de-conditioned" myself so when the time comes, my body will adapt to the radical changes in workout volume and calorie manipulation.

Got my Friday lift in, nothing special to report. Did HIIT and abs today. Gonna be putting this on hold for the upcoming week. Gonna be extremely busy with a few different things. Pivotal week in my future to be honest. Trying to get into grad school, make a career path change, etc. also have some family business to attend to. Gonna do like one day of full body lifting and let the CNS recover. I feel as tho I am getting next to nothing out of my workouts. I need to refocus on nutrition and getting enough protein. a break from HIIT will help my CNS too. Will be resuming with one of Simons old favorites - FST 7- next week. Gonna be dropping 531 for squats and over head presses. My shoulders are not responding to heavy presses and my legs are OVER responding ;) will stick with it for bench and deads though, and focus on thickening the back bc my pecs are constantly tight. So I may end up dropping 531 for bench. I love the program, and pushing myself to go heavier each week, but in reality- wtf is the point when it's hurting more than anything... Anyway. Thanks for everyone still following or lurking. Feel free to chat, just won't be posting any workouts for a week! Will still be discussing supp usage.. Which leads me to my next issue- despite being in week 6 of anabeta elite... I do not feel it working like I usually feel regular anabeta. Even with the addition of 50mg forskolin. Libido is going along nicely, but my overall physique is appearing smaller over the last 3-4 weeks, maybe slightly leaner, but flat as HELL!

Did HIIT and some weighted carries and abwork today and will post all this up. Interesting developments after the off week I had. Will get into detail tomorrow

Got an offer to student coach and most likely get grad assistant next year at a big d2 football school in PA . Going for sport management. N I want to pursue a career in coaching. Been volunteering at a hs in my area and I love it. But the bucks is in college n pro obviously

More so exploring other options. It is taking too long and I'm tired of living at home waiting for some knucklehead to decide I'm cop material.... Im too much of a go getter to sit by and let some arbitrary hiring process screw me out of a future. I made more progress in the coaching world in the last 2 months than I have in police wrk in 5 years now. It's so ridiculous the reasons they hire or don't hire someone it's a total sham to be perfectly honest. I'm better off..... I couldn't be more excited for the possibilities. And my gf is going wih me for her masters... It's gonna be a great new beginning. Just have to actually get into the school and the position with the team is mine. Taking my GRE April 5. Rest of application is all set to go and I've been workkng w the admissions director to get everything in order... It's looking like a flawless process at this point

Norco was great with new erase definitely a winner for 8 weeks, I only did it for 4 and the effects kicked in around week 3 and got better every day thereafter. Moving to PA with the gf for grad school and grad assisting with a d2 football team. Even though I have a potential offer for a pd in CT within the next 3 months- we can't pass up going to pa for a job here that isn't guaranteed. If I get it, ill have to eat the 1 year lease and move back. Or try to sublet it
