First I would like to thank Dewey for all his assistance and information regarding AppNut and their products. all the reps I have dealt with here are excellent, and the ones I have not personally dealt with I see only positive things from in other posts. Now that my Bag licking is done, here goes.
This is my Cherry Pop'n Supplement log on AN. Finding time to update will be my biggest challenge as I usually am reading from my iphone when i have time, which makes posting a pain in the arse when it is a lot of typing.
It all started with HGH. I have a few buds that Cycle HGH and some who use all year round. I have read tons of information regarding HGH and will use one day. Right before joining AM, I was searching and reading reviews on various natty HGH/IGF and test boosters. My search quickly led me to APPNUT which in turn and thankfully lead me to Anabolicminds. As most know I suffer from severe arthritis. I went Paleo April ’11 to Sept ‘12. This helped reduce swelling in a lot of my joints and helped remiss others. I have a fantastic naturopath and medical doctor (new) and have medical MJ prescribed which I use for pain and swelling management. I have not been on any Stimulants for over 3yrs or supplements for W/O in about a year.(purple K) I have just completed a 2 month SmartCleanse Detox.

I’ve stopped Paleo about 4/5 weeks ago. I avoid Refined Sugar like the plague since that seems to be the only substance that effects my joints. My Diet consist of, Chicken, Tuna, Shrimp, lobster, salmon, Halibut, Lean Red Meats, Turkey, Pork, Beef Liver (once a month). Basically all Fruits and Vegetables, Natural PB, Almonds(bulk barn Cranberry almond crunch), Crockpot steel cut oatmeal, 12 Grain bread and white rice.
APP NUT Supplements:
IGF2 4am / 4 bedtime
RPM 2 PWO (probably 3 on Monday)
Drive 3 PWO / 3 30 min Pre Dinner
Free Test 2 PostWO / 2 lunch
NeoVar 3 PostWO 50+g Carb / 3 Dinner

3g Fishoil, ADAM, Vitamin A+D, 3x Turmeric, 3x ACV, 2x Super Cissus, SAMe 250mg, A-L-Carnitine 500mg, Diesel Protein Shake.

Since mid August I have been working out 3sets of 15-20 light-med weights due to some joints. I throw in a heavy set (6-8reps) where I can.
Today was Arms. I did not really know what to expect from the RPM, as I haven’t had a caffeinated beverage since Jan ’12.

I felt a little different today. I wouldn’t say I was JACKED up with energy but I felt good in the gym. The Old School Metallica (Kill’em all) had me tapping, head bobbing and pacing around my areas. I am going to try 3 RPM on Monday to see how that feels. Appetite was suppressed until about 2:30pm, then like a muther I was starving, Jammed 2 tuna sammaches down. That’s tied me over for about an hour and a bit, noticing my hunger creeping up on me again now.
I am excited to see and feel how all this shhhhtuuf works when it is full go. I’ve been re reading some reviews again, which pushed me into starting a little bit earlier than expected.
