My back is almost good to go, trainer is wasting no time on me and having me start to lightly spar. Did quite a bit of muay thai and boxing sparring, also live roll from stand-up. He also had me doing sleigh drags and rope drills LOL, along agility drills. We don't mess around LMAO.

Notes: Acne seemed to be a little more present than usual, great drive and focus, sweating profusely, upping water intake, def looking full, recovery has been tits, sense of well being is great, aggression is def up, I think my test is up because pheromones seem to be that of A-none dominance with lack of trust from others.

Today training consisted of muay thai sparring, boxing sparring, light wrestling, jiu-jitsu drills, live grappling, sprints, then smooth circuit lifting.

Notes: Still sweating like a machine, muscular endurance is noted both in grappling and lifting. Very solid drive, and acne is UP, got more acne then I had when I was in high school. There has to be some sort of boost in androgens, I just know by the way people react to me, also noted aggression for training is up which is sweet, quit volatile as well, wanting more isolation which is normal for me when both test and dopamine rise. Lots of energy, looking lean yet full which again is cool. Almost fully healed, still a little bit that needs to recover.

These last two days has consisted of a lot of sparring, taking it smoothly, almost fully read to go. Drilling techniques/takedowns, some live roll today. Then did a compound lift circuit.

Notes: Lots of sweating, hunger is pretty ridiculous, vascularity was quite appearant today. Strength has def been good as of this week, acne is still present. I looked real lean today but what is funny is that I had a big meal right before bed LOL. I had some pretty intense back pumps towards the end of the circuit, had to take krill oil to bring down inflammation LOL.

the beta version is usually great, but when the ''normal'' version hits the stores, all the magical effects seem to dissapear. hmm, very odd indeed.

Felt great today started with muay thai pad work, went into sparring. Then did boxing drills into sparring. Small break, then went into jiu-jistu drills with 10 rounds of live roll. Followed by 3 rounds of MMA sparring. Then did a circuit workout.

Notes: I noticed that my muscles were real full today, I also noticed that my chest was heavy from the pumps it was receiving. Leg part of the workout went smooth like butter. I can definitely see strength during grappling sessions, sweating plenty and still upping water intake. Hunger is straight up monsterous still. Sense of well being is great, I just need to watch out because my violent temper is up.

Today I did lots of boxing work, went straight into jiu-jitsu. Took a small break, then went and worked on wrestling with live roll. I was quite impressed with my wrestling since I was able to outperform a collegiate top level wrestler of my same weight.

Notes: I am sweating like a beast that people keep telling me so LOL. Looking very full and lean. Vascualrity was quited noted today. Strength def up during grappling. Healing up almost fully. Acne is still present. Mood was absolutely delightful today lmao. Eating like usual lol. Need to weigh myself again.

Took a small break. Then went into jiu-jitsu drills, the live roll. I did wrestling live roll as well. Then took whey and went into a circuit session with compound lifts.

Notes: I was sweating like crazy all day. I had to def drink lots of water. Caloric intake was plenty today. Basically the more I eat, the more I sweat. Looking mighty full today as well lean along vascular. I was way too pumped to push weights like normally on the bench but squatting was fine. I had some back pumps and some SERIOUS chest spams LMAO. Great mood today for sure.

Today I did a poop load of sparring from muay thai to MMA sparring. I have sparred over 80 rounds in the last 5 days of training LMAO. Did sprints in between along agility. I took a break, went into wrestling and judo drills. Then went into jiu-jitsu drills with live roll. I finished it with a nice intense compound lift circuit session.

Notes: Sweating like a beast, def thermogensis throughout the day. Had to up water a bit more today. Looking full and lean as heck. Strength is up in every category but pumps can be brutal. I had to take sip on some gatorade throughout the day. I noticed due to the increase in LBM, my striking power has INCREASED. People have even commented on it which is cool. I have been in a super good mode, aggression can kick in if sparked but I got say I feel dandy LMAO.

On a side note: I CANNOT wait for Strive by Omega Sports to come out since it contains very solid proven ingredients and should be at an affordable price.

These past few days has consisted of even more sparring along pad work and jiu-jitsu/wrestling drills. Also today I did sleigh drags, tire lifts, hammering of tires, and rope drills.

Notes: Sweating plenty, needing the water uptake, still eating a substantial amount of food, looking lean and dry while being full. Pleasant mood and I notice that when I mix anabeta with simple sugars, I go hypo real fast LMAO.

Today I did lifting and strength is still good that is for sure. Pumps were fun and muscular endurance was on point. Still receiving a nice thermogenic effect and def need water intake to be high. Mood was great till someone pissed me off but cooled down and came back to a great sense of well being. I should have weighed myself but forgot to, my bad hehe. Been eating all day well cuz it Memorial day LOL

I have been training real hard and falling asleep as I get home LMAO. So excuse the lack of updates for the past two days. I have been sparring lately plenty, lots of wrestling and jiu-jitsu techniques. My takedown defense has been SUPERB. I have hit at least 90% of my takedown attempts which is very good. Feeling great overall with lots of acne still present. Strength especially on dumbell exercises are up about 25lbs. Def noticeable size increase from the start of the log. I got to see what I weigh on Saturday.

Today and yesterday involved lots of sparring along live roll. I trained about 4 hours of MMA today followed by a 3 hour intense workout. I am looking very lean and full, UP 20 lbs, not bad at all. My father commented on how I have put on size over the past weeks which is cool. Strength during grappling was legit by all means, was def easier to prevent takedowns, and I had such landing my takedowns. Hunger has been intense along for the need of water. Sweating a poop load as usual which is giving my clothes a strong odor LOL. Pumps and vascularity were strong during my compound lift circuit. Mood still great but still short tempered.

I finished it with a nice compound lift circuit. I was sweating quite a bit but man was I vascular, I took up Natty's advice on Modern BCAA's with AnaBeta and boy was there some pumps along a little added muscular endurance. I flew through this lifting session and did NOT feel depleted at all unlike at times. I know I will take pics on Wednesday for sure.

I guess but I cannot really put my finger on what exactly is smells like.
As for AnaBeta, this will be the third bottle for 12 weeks.

Third bottle?! Natty wants to hook his reps up first dammit. I have sat in the corner and rocked back and forth every night since I finished my one and only bottle!

Most of it so far yes, I am still at 16 plus lbs and look LEAN!!!!!!!!!!
