Strength def up during grappling. Healing up almost fully. Acne is still present. Mood was absolutely delightful today lmao. Eating like usual lol. Need to weigh myself again.
I read that a mauy pad thai... gave me a urge from some thai food.Today I started off with sprints, followed by agility work. Then I went straight into muay thai pad work followed by 10 rounds of muay thai sparring. Then I did boxing work along with drills. Took a small break. Then went into jiu-jitsu drills, the live roll. I did wrestling live roll as well. Then took whey and went into a circuit session with compound lifts.
Notes: I was sweating like crazy all day. I had to def drink lots of water. Caloric intake was plenty today. Basically the more I eat, the more I sweat. Looking mighty full today as well lean along vascular. I was way too pumped to push weights like normally on the bench but squatting was fine. I had some back pumps and some SERIOUS chest spams LMAO. Great mood today for sure.

Today's training consisted of pad work, sparring, agility work, sprints, jiu-jitsu drills, wrestling technique and live roll. Followed by intense compound lift circuit training session.
Notes: Sweating like a willie mammoth, size gain is def appearant, muscular endurance is sweet, upping water, sense of well being is still great, looked vascular during training, some acne still hanging around but nothing ridunculous.

I am looking very lean and full, UP 20 lbs, not bad at all. My father commented on how I have put on size over the past weeks which is cool. Strength during grappling was legit by all means, was def easier to prevent takedowns, and I had such landing my takedowns. Hunger has been intense along for the need of water. Sweating a poop load as usual which is giving my clothes a strong odor LOL. Pumps and vascularity were strong during my compound lift circuit. Mood still great but still short tempered.

I trained a lot on technique today and form, waiting to get a fight in soon. As for what my training consisted of, a mixture of pad work, drills and live roll with a bjj black belt for an hour. I finished it with a nice compound lift circuit. I was sweating quite a bit but man was I vascular, I took up Natty's advice on Modern BCAA's with AnaBeta and boy was there some pumps along a little added muscular endurance. I flew through this lifting session and did NOT feel depleted at all unlike at times. I know I will take pics on Wednesday for sure.

Had a discussion with a friend about Lit Up today. Figured I would ask you. I think in the powder form it kind of looks and smells like powdered chocolate. Like the kind of stuff you use to make chocolate milk. Not the good kind the stuff that has more of subtle smell and taste.

I saw the biggest gains on the legs and arms, although back did get bigger. Gained at total of 20.5 lbs
Most of it so far yes, I am still at 16 plus lbs and look LEAN!!!!!!!!!!Andrew, now that you have had some time OFF of AnaBeta, do you feel you have kept what you gained on AnaBeta?
