Day 21 Rest
Day 22
So I before I started my training I was calm as usual but boy my neighbor pissed me off and I almost blanked out. I have been having a very hard time controlling my temper, and we are talking volatile, energy and drive were great during training. I did 1 hour of muay thai followed by 1.5 hours of Sambo. Small break, started drilling wrestling technique for 1 hour. Then transitioned into more grappling techniques for 1 hour. I then did live roll for 35 minutes. I drank lot of water for a break, then went into 5 rounds of 5 minutes of MMA sparring with no grappling. Hydro whey and went straight into a compound lifts circuit with Core work.
Notes: My acne continues to pile up on my face, legs, and arms, maybe upper back. My temper is brutal but I still feel great and powerful. WOW, pumps were so intense that it was hard for me to do my normal volume workout, my skin looks tighter and darker of color.. LOL. Def looking leaner and bigger. Libido was crazy high this weekend and still lurking but when I train its easier to control. I really think that androgens have risen because people including training partners have become more weary of me, and that always happens to me when my testosterone surges. The added weight has made my takedowns easier as well shall I mention. I have to weigh myself to see how much I have gained as of recent.
