I could tell i been out of it for awhile today. I made i through though.
I have a systemin my notebook im going to try and implement here to give you more an idea my lift details. heres the key...
+ = maybe 1-3 more reps could have been done
++ = alot more most likely, 5+
! = shocked myself
* = Sweet spot, landed right on my last good rep. (i use a check in my notebook.)
V = down from what i was expecting.
If you want to try to use those fine if not take the number for what they're worth, it just helps me be reminded of where i was in a little more detail on a lift. If theres nothin there i just couldnt tell or it wasnt a big enough deal to note.

Legs.
Squat - ++6x145 +6x225 *8x225 10x185 8x185
Leg Curls - *6x120 *8x110 *8x110 8x90
Hack Squat - +10x120 6x140 had to bail here, knee felt very uncomfortable.
SLDL - ++10x145 *10x195
Leg Ext. - +10x100 *10x120
Standing Calf Raises - 45x100

Over all a good day. Felt a bit tired and wish i could have given it more but i just was drained from the weekend and maybe low on food. TestoPro seems to be giving me the support i need though and still making me feel solid in the gym wether im on full blast or not.

Feeling ok. Chest day, woke up with the wrist feeling a bit funky, like a cramped keep aching me but i got wrist straps now so im going hard today.

To the reps, would there be any benefit to upping the dose to 2caps x3 day?

Not that i want to but more just a curious question. In the past i used to up supp dose by 1 time sometimes. Not in logs though unless told too.

Dips- 12x90 10x110 It was supposed to be free weighted dips but i opted for a machine and just adjusted my body angle to focus on chest.

I didn't go as hard as i wanted to because i didn't trust anyone to spot me, you may know the feeling. Picking a spotter is a big deal.
I did use my wrist wraps and that eliminated my wrist pain for the time being. I also like the way they feel. I get a little more focus on my chest it seems.

Tomorrow, back.

Felt good today. My mood going into the gym was frustrated due do previous situation today so i think it helped fuel my fire. I REALLY wanted to try to pull more than 315 today cause i was actually only supposed to hit 6 not 10. Ill account for it next time better.
I think the TestoPro is helping keeping me full throughout the day. I havent noticed much else, maybe a bit more hungry and mood seems to be more aggresive at least entering the gym. Im a generally laid back person so outside the gym its hard to get me riled up.

Well i just may take you up on that offer as off today. I will dose 2caps 3x morn lunch and bedtime. Ill do this to be one of the first to log it like that(from what i know) and also i have another log coming soon.

I am up 4lbs since this started. Now it could be alot of different things, but the heavy lifting and support the TestoPro gives me i think has a big part in it. Its not all lean gains but and overall even gain, legs to shoulders.

I really think im going to get some more of this with Stoked and give it a run. I just cant see it NOT being a sic combo. :cheers:

i think everyone on testopro is experiencing increased appetite, for awhile there it was like constant hunger. fortunately that has tapered off some. i was spending a fortune at the grocery store, lol.:cheers:

I think one or 2 of the other logger are using Stoked and/or Glycobol with this and they love it.:)

Ready to bang some iron today. Im switching up my order of lifts this week so its going to go like this...
Chest & Tri/Legs/Shoulders/Back & Bi/Cardio,Abs & a lagging part.
Im switching because i think itll help shock the body a bit. I like the one bodypart a day so i very may well switch back next week. It really allows you to go in guns blazin' on that one bodypart. Im going to give it my all still and this week but i think with the feeling i have and extra food i have room for i can go this route for the week.

I felt great today after doing 2 bodyparts. I cut out a few planned sets and one exercise because my pump was solid all day and i could tell i was hitting stuff hard still.
I should have given myself more time before my first flat bench set and i could have hit 6 most likely.
I still get hunger urges and have noticed when i eat i can eat more, which is awesome cause we all know food is KEY to growing.

The log is ending soon but im not slowing down AT ALL!

Ham curls-(dropsets)- 8x100 6x70 6x40 There was no where to do SLDLs and i didnt feel like waiting.

Workout was solid and i felt really pump. I think uping the dose did help. I would recomend everyone start at the given one and maybe adjust from there.

1 bodypart a day. Sets often were rep range of 6-10 starting low and goign to 10 for more effective gains in mass. Weekends were rest days.

Drinking was almost none existent, i think through the log i drank 2 or 3 times about 4-6oz hard liquor per time.

Diet was fairly open to anything that was useful to my body. extremly low bad fats(maye 2 slices cheese a week), Sugar was very low.No candy, diet pop, gatorade sometimes, sugar free jelly and syrup, PB was kept at serving size.

I had to eat for the intensity of the workouts but never over ate.

I DID NOT overly adjust my diet for this log. It was very solid consiering my diet actually.


Any effects on mood: Mid way i noticed more alpha feel, not overly aggresive but a good sense of confidence going into the gym. Nothing negative.

Any effects on libido:No noteable changes. I thought maybe down a bit for awhile but i been a bit stressed out so i think it was just that.

Any effects on strength:YES. My lifts are either up,climbing or reps per set are up. Nothing extreme but with all ingredients considered worth it.

Any effects on endurance:Slight. During leg days i seemed to recover breathing more quickly. Outside of that nothing.

Miscellaneous comments:I liked it alot. It was wellworth the time and i am heavily considering and suggesting to run it with stoked. Solo stoked did better for me but this did well too. I would start it from 3 caps 3x day, maybe cause im bigger...? So i say go 2 bottles.

I really didn't adjust my diet much and i have lifted heavy before(Dorian Yates style) I never did the 1 bodypart a day due to schedule but i just dont think that was enough to effect it that much.
I feel more firm and my tris,shoulders,bis,calfs,back are themost noticably tighter.

It did for sure, im very happy how i took to this product. Looking at the label its a simple complex of stuff but i guess it just really worked for me.
Another solid day today. Since i switchewd things up a bit i had today as an auxillary day and chose chest since its my weakest weight wise and size wise, also i havent done it since monday.
Chest.
Inlcine Smyth(the weight is not counting a bar)-8x180 10x145 8x145 10x110(focus on neg.)
Flat Bench- 8x185 8x175 8x175 drop-set to 6x135
Incline flyes- 8x30 8x30
Pec flye machine- 10x205 10x220
Overhead DB ext.- 8x50 8x55

I think finishing with the overhead DB ext. is one of the best things you can do. It will give you a nice stretch while working the inner chest. You feel a nice pump after if executed right.

Today commences my log/review of TestoPro. All things considered for the type of supp. it is out of 10 i give it a 7 1/2. It provided an edge in the gym. Not ground breaking physique changes but nice noticeable ones. The feel on it is well worth it too.

Enjoy all those who choose to try it and i would recomend Stoked with it too.

It did for sure, im very happy how i took to this product. Looking at the label its a simple complex of stuff but i guess it just really worked for me.
Another solid day today. Since i switchewd things up a bit i had today as an auxillary day and chose chest since its my weakest weight wise and size wise, also i havent done it since monday.
Chest.
Inlcine Smyth(the weight is not counting a bar)-8x180 10x145 8x145 10x110(focus on neg.)
Flat Bench- 8x185 8x175 8x175 drop-set to 6x135
Incline flyes- 8x30 8x30
Pec flye machine- 10x205 10x220
Overhead DB ext.- 8x50 8x55

I think finishing with the overhead DB ext. is one of the best things you can do. It will give you a nice stretch while working the inner chest. You feel a nice pump after if executed right.

Today commences my log/review of TestoPro. All things considered for the type of supp. it is out of 10 i give it a 7 1/2. It provided an edge in the gym. Not ground breaking physique changes but nice noticeable ones. The feel on it is well worth it too.

Enjoy all those who choose to try it and i would recomend Stoked with it too.

He really did gain good weight off this supp. Im his GF so i saw first-hand the changes.

Sure. Id alos like to note. All the strength gains i had i would like to give 50%+ to TestoPro. They slowly faded it seems after about 1 week being off. I for sure plan to run Stoked/TestoPro ASAP.
