Realized my previous personal log was a year old. New personal log.
I had great success and learned a lot this past year from The Solution
Turning 30 next month and just want to continue log and see what changes occur.

Running 28 days later. Had a great workout and really felt m+m connection. Mr. Olympia Expo on Friday. After this weekend i'll be ramping up calories slowly.

Hey! It has been a while since i’ve seen your around the threads. I’m really low in cals and carbs right now, but Solution has given me suggestions and i’ll be back on track after this weekend and ramp myself to maintenance calories.

This workout felt great. The stretch pushups in particular and the reverse flys wrecked me. Weight hasn’t changed much 181lbs. Calories are back up to ~2,000.

Yesterday did some cleaning up around the house, calories dropped a bit from not having extra carbs peri workouts. Since it's Friday I'll be a hitting tonights workout with a bit more caffeine + increase my daily calories today with a Friday night meal. Legs are scheduled. I'll be staying home cleaning up and finishing some home improvement projects, so it will be easier to keep track of my meals. I've been feeling pretty good since adjusting my diet and I will probably check my weight just as minor check to see what happened this week. I feel i look the same in mirror.

Only showing yesteday's workout, but Friday legs and sat arms. Yesterday was brutal and really feeling sore today. Weight still remains unchanged as of yesterday. I went with Nutrabio pre and intra from some samples I have. I didn't really enjoy the intra (sweet tea)

Very good workout but didn't really feel the lat pump perhaps because of the first 2 new exercises, but by the time I got to the chins my lats felt pretty cooked so I did get activation. This morning my traps and upper mid back is feeling pretty sore. As Chef Bob mentioned, got adjusted diet. Weight increased ~1lbs this week .. let's keep grinding

This was a short and brutal leg day. Legs had a great pump and felt every rep. I kept a good 1-2 second eccentric tempo, sometimes more when i got to lower weight on the leg press. Everything good so far. Tonight I got plans for arms, a "cheat" dinner, and Venom.

Good workout with huge pump. I took a bit of stim preworkout just to get me in the mood. Went right after the steeler vs falcons game, so i was well fed.. but the incline dbs really gassed me out. Tonight is back and finally turn 30.

The flavor is good. Apple juice. Taste pretty close to store apple juice concentrate. As for a preworkout, nothing special. No l-citrulline which is what i feel for pumps, BA underdosed, and the powder itself got clunky really quick (from glycerol). I got it for like 7$ during a sale. I wouldn’t buy it again.. just use it for a caffeine boost when i need it.

Workout felt hard, but was amped up from the energy in the universal sample. Woke up starting to feel the soreness. Crazy sore from saturdays adductor exercise. Almost done with vitamerpro and ghost fish oil, but i have some PES mv’s and fish oil on the way. Weight has settled at around 184-185 lbs

The pumps from ghost were insane today. Arms started feeling full after the first warm up set. Great workout. Received the new Quest Chili Lime.. damn! My new favorite . Very impressed by the lime twist they got.

Lost the extra lbs i gained over the weekend from all the pasta i had and couple drinks (celebrated my sis anniversary all weekend). After this workout i was starving and increased my calories to satiate. Already feeling recovery from monday’s back workout. This is what I like about the HICA in ergonine. I really enjoyed the caffeine-free bang as well. I felt focused and strength. Lunges were grueling and i had to mentally grind those out.
