I thought I would move my current log to a new topic because I have switched programs. I am currently using the Power Bodybuilding program by Mike O’hearn. I have used this before, but had to stop midway due to injury. I’m currently in Week 6 and day one.

I have also been using 1-testosterone and pro igf 1 by Hi-tech. I’m on day 46 of this stack. I started at 174 pounds and currently weigh 193 pounds. I will drop the igf in a couple of days and add Laxogenin 100 by Hi-tech for 20 days (with the 1-test). I have about 30 more days of the 1-test before I start pct with Form XT by Lg Sciences.

Today’s training was chest:
- bench press: 185x10, 205x5, 230x3, 260x1, 280x1, 290x1 (PR), 300x1 (PR first time ever and a goal I have had for 25 years), 260x3x4, 260x4 (rep PR)
- incline db bench press superset with flat db fly: 90x12/35x12, 90x8/35x15, 90x6/35x12

Day 50, 1-test (330mg @ 110/110/110)
- Hi-Tech Laxogenin 100 added now: (200mg, 100 before training, 100 after training)
- Week 6, day 4 Power Bodybuilding: Deadlifts
- Bodyweight: 195.4 (21 lbs gained)

Deadlifts: 135x10x2, 185x5x2, 225x5, 275x3, 305x3, 325x3, 350x3, 225x5

New protocol starts tomorrow for 1-test: 440mg (220, 110, 110) running this for the next 3 weeks

Day 55 1 test (440mg) and Laxogenin 100 (200mg)
- Day 5 of this particular stack
- Week 7 of Power Bodybuilding
PR for bench press: 300lbs for 1
PR for seated military press: 200x3
PR for squats: 275x3
- Deadlifts tomorrow
- Bodyweight: 192

Day 63 of 1 Test and Laxogenin 10
- Today I drop to 1-test at 110 in the morning and 110 in the evening until the bottle is finished
- Laxogenin 100 stays the same until it is finished
- Today’s bodyweight: 197 pounds
- Today I was able to bench press 300 lbs for 3 sets of 1. Then 225 for 10.
- I’m very pleased with the results I got from the 1-test by Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals and highly recommend it.
- The only side effect was low libido.

Day 67 Hi-tech 1-Testosterone and Laxogenin 100
- Bodyweight up 21 pounds
- Bench press today: 3 sets of 2 at 290 lbs

76 days completed
Increased bodyweight by 20 lbs
Increased strength with new PR’s for squats, deadlifts and bench press
- Low Libido was the only negative effect
- Started PCT today with Form XT

Day 8 of PCT with Form XT
Bodyweight: 195 (still up 21lbs)
Strength is still climbing and I’m feeling pretty good.
