Wanting to lean out somewhat. I am prob 15-16% body fat and want to get to 10-11% which would require me to lose 10-12 lbs. I started with a coach that is helping weekly. So I am allowed 50g fat 250carbs and 200-240protein. I feel like I am eating all day. Before I bet I was 100g fat with 300carbs and 70-80 on protein on average. Hard to lose weight for me doing that. Please explain to me the nature of calculating macros daily and how it works in body
