Holding fat on my chest
So I’m a former fat kid and growing up I had “moobs”. Over years of weight loss it decreased but I naturally hold fat on my chest and it seems like slightly more so on the left side. I’m 90% sure it isn’t gyno or prolactin related, I was just big as hell previously 🤷🏻*♂️. I’m about to start a cut but I wanted to get your guys opinions, never saw a six pack before even at my smallest (135lbs) but I didn’t really have any muscle then either. Think it’ll go away with more weight loss?
6 foot tall, 194lbs
Bench: 200lbs
Squat: 300lbs
Deadlift: 355lbs
Incline Dumbbell BP: 85lbs each side
Been training for a little over a year, now on TRT.

I just wonder if it’s a genetic thing or fat left over I didn’t burn when I lost a bunch of weight. I lost it pretty rapidly and my stomach was completely flat at 135 but there was still fat I needed to get rid of on the chest. I’m doing a more controlled cut than I’m used to at 2500cal since I was bulking at 3500cal, just so I can slowly lower if I stop losing weight. I used to think the only way to lose weight was at 1500cal a day lmao.

Some people just hold more fat on their chest and its the last to go. I think I remember @MrKleen73 saying something about his being the same as well.
I mean if you really hate your balls, go for it. But, what did they do to you? - 01-08-2019, 04:47 AM
Honestly bro, there’s a pretty good chance that chest isn’t going to tighten regardless of how lean you get.
I’m in the same boat, if you check my thread in the anabolic cycle logs my starting pics I was relatively lean (last sunmer I got really lean, veins and abs popping etc, there’s a pic on here somewhere), yet that saggy skin on the chest remains. I was also really fat for a number of years.
Everyone is different and the skin is remarkable but just looking at your pics I think it’s similar to me.
That said, I’m going to run eq next year, that improves collagen synthesis, plus a peptide stack that goes the same. That may help. But deep down I’m pretty sure I’m never getting rid of it......
I try to look at it as a reminder of how far we’ve come.
Just don’t want to give you false expectations brother -

You thinking the younger the more possibility for skin to tighten? I know age plays a part but so does amount of time spent overweight. Everything I’ve seen suggests that around 2 years after weight loss is when the skin has done what it can do.....I infered (maybe incorrectly) that the weight loss occurred some years back

With the proper diet and Exercise. I would focused on building muscle and let the fat loss take its course.

I’m doing a slight cut, not sure how long I’ll be doing it for though. I’ve been bulking over the past 6 months. Can’t really get good pictures of my physique where I’m at but I’m a lot bigger than I was before. Stomach and love handles are just getting too out of hand for my liking. I’ll start a recomp and then a lean bulk mid summer.

Thanks man! I’m not gonna do keto or anything super strict like that, I tend to feel like **** and my weight loss stops and strength as well. 190g protein, roughly 200g carbs, 90g of fats mainly healthy ones.
Clean food for the most part, will probably lower my carbs on rest days and I might do keto towards the end if I really stalk on my weight loss but I’m trying to go slow this time. I feel like I’m a moderately sized strong dude but my pants are getting hard to put on now lol. - 01-08-2019, 07:52 PM

Thats pretty low test for 24 y/o though. Ever talk to an endocrinologist (before suggest a TRT) know the ups and downs. If you want TRT balanced and monitored right an Endocrinologist will help since you might need TRT if you are consistent in 100-300 ng/dL total test range. Did they check free Test too?
Though I agree with @BEAST73, once you drop weight eat right and build chest muscles up the fat and skin could retighten around new muscle there since you are only 24...
If low T is a consistent issue - doc will fix that and then it's game on. Yet @Whisky is probably being realistic too with extra skin level.
Radiate+ from RXS which has Yohimbine, no creatine to bloat, is best pre workout even better than Chaos and Pain Ferox pre. And will help you focus and drop stubborn fat. - 01-09-2019, 04:21 AM
Fair enough, my personal guess is that it’s probably done most of the tightening that it will. Even when you get really lean imo there will be a sag of skin in that area.
I’m just going off what I’ve found myself bro. That said, personally I’m trying to build more lean mass to fill out the skin (my thought being that building upper chest/shoulders might lift that sagging area), taking a collagen supplement (as you never know) and using peptides for GH (as that can also help).
You have the right attitude about your nutrition bro, just keep going - 01-09-2019, 07:34 AM

Yeah, my hormones were a huge issue when I turned 23. Previously was a drug user after a bad accident, antidepressants played a role, plus multiple testicular injuries around the time I was going through puberty. **** sucks.
I spoke with an endo, he said my test wouldn’t ever come back. I tried clomid before hand but didn’t really respond. I got to around 400ng/dL but went back down when I got off and from the sides I had to keep my test at that level I’d just rather not be on clomid. My original endo wanted me on 80mg cyp a week and raised it to 100mg a week but I was still only at 400ng/dL and was having estrogen sides at the beginning of the week on 100mg which is insane but I aromatize quickly apparently. He wouldn’t help with that and said it was in my head, said HCG was a myth basically, and just wasn’t helpful at all. Recently got a piece of mail from him after cancelling an appointment and he said to drop my dose to 50mg a week. Not happening lol.
Went with an HRT specialist that put me on 200mg of cyp a week and 1mg of arimidex (not enough but they’re fixing that) and HCG but oddly enough even HCG isn’t fixing atrophy or anything. - 01-09-2019, 03:53 PM
Don’t give up Bro! Keep digging and plugging away to finding a solution. The Doctors told Me that I would not be able to use My left arm at 100 percent, but only at 30-50%.

It’s seems now that you are seeing an HRT specialist you are on the right track. Remember to be patient. Everybody reacts differently and it will take a bit to get everything dialed in.

As others mentioned, it will continue to diminish. When you lift, be sure to hit every aspect of chest and incorporate high reps/low reps etc....really shock the hell out of your system.

You just have to cut that's it. Keep protein high and go lower on carbs and fat. Adding muscle will tighten it. You are holding a little fat everywhere not just the chest. My advice is to cut and don't be scared of losing muscles. Sometimes you have to sacrifice to be able to go forward. Make it right the first time, look up a good diet that you can enjoy and stick with. Are you going to run any steroids with trt?

I’ve already dropped 8lbs on a 2,500cal diet. I’m doing 35% protein, 35%carbs, 30% fats and I’ll adjust my ratios if weight loss stops. I do 10 minutes moderate speed on the treadmill with a level 6-7 incline then 5 minutes on the stair stepper at level 10, do my lifting then another 10 minutes of stair stepper at level 8-10 to end my workout. I have some androhard at my other place which is 3 hours away so I’m waiting to run that, 300mg of epi and 300mg and Randro per day.
I might be getting sent some anavar with my next TRT order as well so I’d run that at 25mg twice a day or just take the whole 50mg in the morning. Also taking 300mg 7-keto per day.
