Would I be able to retain/gain muscle and lose fat on this cycle?

Age: 24
Weight: 205 lbs
Two cycles completed

Epi at 40 for 6 weeks.
Albuterol during PCT (SERM of course).
Cortisol control during PCT.

Caloric intake: 400 above maintenance.
Lift 5-6 days a week.
HIIT @ 5 times a week, 15-20 minutes.

To clarify: I wont be cutting during PCT.

Really want to trim this waistline without losing the great muscle gains I've made. I dont expect t3h 8pax, i just want to get rid of the excess flab and maybe put on some muscle.

Also, any good calculators for calculating maintenance? I think I found a good one @ http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/issa64.htm but im welcome to any suggestions regarding diet. Thanks in advance.

24. This would be my third cycle. Diet, Im not entirely sure to be honest (I know, most important). I was going to use swole.me to help plan out a good diet plan, or figure that out tonight and tomorrow...Any useful links would be appreciated...but if i should use the search function thats cool with me too lol.

How old were you when you started cycling if you dont mind me asking? And for maintenance I follow something generic like
2-3x's bodyweight in grams of carbs
1.5-2x's bodyweight in grams of protein
2 tbs pb or 1 tbs olive oil in first 4 meals
Split the protein and carbs evenly throughout the day for 6 meals. Worked pretty well for me last year before I stopped training for a while due to injuries. Actually got a bit harder while gaining about 2lbs for the month I was on it. Btw I'd cut the hiit to 2-3 times a week max if your trying to keep most of the mass you've gained.

Thanks for the info.

And I was 23. First cycle was like 4 weeks of low dosed epi.

make sure you get into the habit of counting your calories and keeping a clean diet! i would add daa, a natty test booster, and pct assist by CEL into pct along with your serm. and make sure to have liver support and something with omegas(for both cycle and pct)

I am no pro by any means, but I have run epi 3-4 times and 40 is kind of high to start I think. It caused me to dry out at 40mg and 4 wks to the point that I didn't want to take it anymore.

Also, I would do like the person mentioned above and cut the hit off of training days for sure, and if you really want to do cardio on the day you lift just do LISS.
As far as diet, I would look into the lean gains diet. I lost 6lbs in a week on leangains, and I didn't lose any muscle mass, my lifts have still been increasing too. even if you don't want to do the fasting I still think the numbers work well for a cutting cycle. With the epi you could eat at a small deficit on the days you aren't lifting and then the days you are lifting eat at +2-300 cals.
On a clean bulk I was only eating 400 cals over maint on days I lifted and 200 over on my off days. I think if you were at 400 over every day you wouldn't do much cutting at all.
Cutting is done in the kitchen not really in the gym, so you can hit that deficit on your off days and the epi will give you what you need to keep from losing mass.

Are you planning on using the daa in pct, or on cycle?

Planned on using daa during pct.

Yeah, if the 40 is too much, I'll scale back. I just dont want to have any leftovers from cycle. Good idea on the deficit for non-lifting days though, definitely going to incorporate that.

Two questions:
1. Know where to get daa for cheap?
2. What kind of calories should I be looking at during PCT - maintenance?

Nutra is out of this one, but I used it and liked it and I would guess that it should be back in stock before your pct
http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/serious-nutrition-solutions/daa-powder-150-grams.html

For Pct I always eat just like I was on cycle to help keep the gains.

here are two quotes from the same guy, and I have followed this for my pct and I only lose a little off my lifts even after pct and I think part of that is just the whole mental aspect of not being on gear

"It is a lill heavy imo but not crazy. I don't believe in front loading with Dbol or any substance really, just don't get the logic. Length is fine. I believe in longer cycles because I believe the gains are more sustainable...I like anywhere from 12-20 weeks so you are fine.
Best of luck. I would bet you loss of gains on your last cycle was training related. If you train post cycle the same way, same volume, same intensity....that you do while on YOU WILL OVER TRAIN AND LOSE GAINS. Volume has to be cut way back, frequency cut back, etc... You have to continue to eat post cycle like you are trying to gain and not care if you gain 5 lbs of fat... Once gains are solidified its pretty easy to drop 5 lbs or so. I've written about it on other sites so maybe I will here some time. I can not tell you how many people have thanked me after altering their training post cycle like I recommend.... They all hold more gains than they ever had before.

Any q's about what I'm trying to explain just ask bro."

"Easier isn't the word is use. Lower volume and frequency. One thing I guess I've left out is that at the end of your cycle let your reps increase. One reason is cause tendons and ligaments can't often keep up with strength gains on cycle but the other objective is to establish your 12-15 rep max in the basic exs.... Say at the end of your cycle you can bench 315X13... Just stay at that wt post cycle... Sure you will lose some reps in the next month or two...you may be in the 6-7 range two months later but it will help you hold muscle cause even though your reps went down your body is still consistently being compressed under the same load and it wants to protect itself so it will stay thicker.

Great point about the fat - I just need to man up. But interesting regarding the high rep thing. I had no idea, and will incorporate it (sounds interesting and diversity cant be bad).

and my schedule right now is annoying, but I think I'll be able to do leangains soon. Probably try it out.
