I've never gone "keto" before and was reading that to keep cortisol low there s/b no caffeine products used.

if that's correct could one take an anti-cort product and still take caffeine?

I know plenty of people that take ECA stacks with keto to keep testosterone high and enhance fat burning.

Lots of green vegetables pre and post workout is best for keeping cortisol low, since studies have shown vitamin c to reduce cortisol.

Agree with the above. I take ECA whilst on keto, but with vit c and BCAAs during training. Cortisol isn't too much of an issue. My biggest problem with eca whilst on keto is going hypoglycemic. Has happened to me a few times....feel awful!!
