Training while on Andro

    Currently 190 lbs. 510. Will be running 8 weeks of 1 andro/4/epi at 330 mg.

    Calories 3500 -3800 per day.

    Im curious on what type of training would be more efficient for mass.

    Push/pull/ legs


    Standard hyp 8-10 reps with a designated body part each day.

    I have all of John meadows programs. I have customer programs just curious on recommendations for beat results.

    Any advice is welcome and appreciated trying to put on his much mass as possible during cycle

  2. Hard to say as training response is very individual thing. You really should have enough training experience under your belt to know which style of training you respond best to before jumping on a cycle IMO.
