Hey guys, I feel like I’ve hit a plateau and it’s not fun, we’ve all been there. I’m trying to gain some size and I really appreciate some advice or even some links. Thanks a bunch.

1rm on the big three
Age/Height/weight/bf
Calories/macro split
Training schedule and program
How long you plateau
What have you tried
Assuming natty?

Forced reps. Get a spotter. Worked for me.

Few quick thoughts before I log off for the night.

Increase calories, change your routine and train harder. Forced reps, as mentioned above, are good. Focusing on heavy compound lifts and really dedicating time on those lifts will make the biggest improvement. Try a P/P routine to change things up if you haven’t already.

Yes I’m natty, been training for years, height 5’6 weight 165lbs
