I keep having pain when doing dumbbell bench(or any bench) at the bottom position. I dumbbell bench with a neutral grip and my elbows hurt at the bottom. I used some elbow sleeves yesterday and not only did the sleeves help with my elbows, they also for some reason seemed to help my shoulders too. Maybe the sleeves help put the elbows in a better position, I don't know. Am I better trying to fix the issue, or should I just use elbow sleeves? I'm sure it;s tendinitis.
