I came across this video today posted by beastfitness and i really found it to be informative. I know this is a common issue people have.... Lagging bodyparts, i mean who doesnt. I personally have seen alot of progress with my tut training and intraset stretching. As of recent ive been applying these type of methods to daily calf training and even in caloric deficit have seen improvements. I just wanted to share this video and encourage people to subscribe to this mans channel.
