Muscletech 12 week training program

Not sure if anyone has tried their training program that was run at the University of Tampa, but it almost put me in the ground this morning. I rarely do the "big 3" over 8 reps. So the 3 sets of 12 on the squats had my legs so exhaused that by the 2nd set ofy deadlifts, my legs were trembling. Hardcore program and it was only day 1. If an experienced lifter is looking for something mew or a change of pace, guys give this a try. I will stick with it for the whole 12 weeks
