So I belong to a gym that is very private (small) and Ive always seen one of these in the corner. I always am using leg press and doing regular squats but after watching this video I think I may start incorporating this exercise into my leg routine. I have never seen this machine at any other gym. Have you guys ever used one before? What do you think of it if you have?
