I am having trouble bringing up the inside of my thighs. They are growing foward but not in towards each other. For leg presses I tried placing my feet on the sled in a v (toes pointed out) equal to my shoulders and feel it a little bit more.
Do you gents have any other recomendations for the inner sweep of the thigh?
