Just curious if anyone else uses myofascial release for injury prevention or recovery? It is amazing!!!! My mom is a medical massage therapist and informed me of it about a year ago. I have very problematic shoulders and hips...since beginning self myofascial release my shoulders/hips are significantly better, and when my rotator cuffs do bother me within a few days of rolling out if not immediately I have relief. I have switched to using a pvc pipe vs. a foam roller and the results are awesome. Painful but worth it. Thoughts?
