Oh I work on the legs sir, I run about 2-3 miles a day plus calf raises ect ;) I got that covered

That's not lifting legs amigo... you should take a day or two off running and throw a real lifting of your legs day in first thing...

After reviewing your posts for diet and training, I think you may have the wrong place here at AM. Please try Bodybuilding.com for answers to your basic questions. :)

on second thought.....since you dont know what to eat, what supplements to take, or how or what to lift....i recommend you sign up with ironaddict or better yet wait for bobo's training to be up and running in a few more weeks, and sign up wiht him, you could use the help and they'll tell you how much to eat and what to train when....
