Sarms in diet pills?

I read an artical On health line and it is saying people are selling sarms marked as diet aids not banned in the US . Is there any truth to this and who produces this if it is true ? Wouldnt they sell more if they said what was in it?

Hve not heard this, but would not surprise me if a company was doing this,
