One of my clients told me not to mix type 1,2,3 with complete protein for absorption reasons. Has any one else herd of this ?

Never heard of that. Not sure how that would effect the absorption of proteins.

That’s what I though . I hand recommended just take it in the morning with his shake but that’s what he cams back to me with so I was confused .

I'd take collagen 30 minutes pre-workout - possible tendon/ligament protection (with low dose vitamin c 200mg or so).

Been doing that 70% of the year. I also take type two bio cell 4 caps evening so I’m getting 1,2 and 3.

I've heard that as well. Just take it on an empty stomach with water and wait 30-60min.

Talked to the guy behind you theory collagen. He said it doesnt matter because you are taking collagen for the hydroxy proline. Type 1 2 3 they are all the same, collagen is just the only substance with hydroxy proline in it. I guess I shouldn't say only, but its a good source of it

I started to take 6 grams morning and 6 grams evening .
