Also more GABA = Relaxation but also you say drowsiness? I certainly don't want that. I think maybe Kava Kava or 5 htp/Theanine is the right level for my problem right now. Kratom + Pheni seem to be overkill.. So any drugs that boost dopamine will ease anxiety?

Its great, but that's a certain type of Kratom called Maeng Da, which is a natural aphrodisiac and sexual stimulant.
However, Kratom is addictive and overuse is said to lower T. Once in awhile is ok.
Dont mix Phenibut with kratom, although they are both highly synergistic. They can be so pleasurable together that you can easily be hooked. Phenibut is not nice to withdraw from. Tolerance builds really quickly too.

Well thanks for all the help guys. I thought it was a settled deal until I read that Cialis and other PDE5 inhibitors have been tied to causing hearing and vision loss, an uncommon side effect but still possible. This puts me off Cialis quite a bit. As of right now, I will use L-Phenylalanine & Vitamin C to help with any anxiety, but I was really putting my hope in Cialis to work. Do you guys think I can get away with using Cialis at 5 mg a day to build my confidence and AVOID any serious side effects?
Also is there any problems with stacking Tongkat Ali/Tribulus with Cialis? I know in the sexual weekend stack, people have suggested it but is it safe or overkill?

Surprised nobody mentioned ashwagandha yet. Helps tremendously with GABA. I too have low GABA. PharmaGABA sold by Thorne (get the 250mg) is amazing, especially on an empty stomach. Works within 5 mins. That and ashwagandha should do the trick. Alternatively, if you have performance anxiety, try to work on fixing the issue your anxious about, or you’ll just be masking it forever. Any issue can be fixed, whether that’s lasting long or feeling like your too small. Checkout PEGym. Probably wouldn’t hurt to boost your test also, possibly it’s low if you feel like that. Try LJ100.
