Just kidding. For what goal? For strength training id suggest creatine. I take a multi, vitamin c, fish oil, creatine and d3 daily

Yeah, tough call.

I would say Vitamin D is up there.

Although Is probably take Vitamin C more regularly...6 grams a day probably 350+ days a year most years.

I take a vitamin e blend (tocosorb), vitamin c, zinc, vitamin d and a vegetable mix multi vitamin.

Since when is beta alanine “secret?” Also, tingling is harmless, often goes away with regular use, and can be minimized by taking it with a meal, so sustained release BA isn’t all that useful/special IMO. If you don’t mind the tingling, there’s no problem, if you do, just split the beta alanine into 2-3 doses with meals to minimize tingling.
