Just received two bottle of AlphaMax and one MassMax.
This is my first go around with this as I have the last couple of bulks I used ABE/Erase Pro and had good success, but thought I would try these as I have read they are pretty good.
I work out in the AM and usually take a Pre with Green Tea and some BCAAs before workout. I have my breakfast shake after my workout on my way in work. I work out MTW only.
What would be a good approach for taking these supplements? Try Alpha solo for month (if yes recommendations of when best to take). Or start with both this first go around and again best combination and timing of them.
If things go well I will do another 4 weeks of MassMax or should I do 8 weeks of both?
Feedback and suggestions are appreciated.
BTW 48 5'10 150ish 11% BF. Bulking with calorie surplus.
