Anyone knows if the XT version (new version) helps with water weight? I noticed Alphamax the old version helped people drop water weight but the ingredient was removed from the new XT version.

Arimistane was what usually helped drop water weight. however with the DHAA being added into it, you will still drop water weight. Having higher estrogen means greater water retention and DHAA does a better job at lower estrogen than arimistane did. I'm not certain exactly how much of a difference in water weight you can drop though, as that can vary with your diet

I think that was one trait of Arimistane that a lot of people enjoyed. It could dry people out quickly.
Like Quads mentioned DHAA will help with water as well, however the results from DHAA tend to be more permanent fat loss. It may be slower, but over 8 weeks the results on Alphamax XT would be better imo.
