Question, regarding Flax seed oil.....

How much flax seed oil should one be consuming daily? I am about to add flax seed oil to my stack, i decided not to go with the pill form because of the price compared to regular oil. Anyways, i just need to know how much i would need daily.I was about to purchase HFS Flax Liquid Gold from bodybuilding.com, would you say this would be decent brand of flax seed oil or should i be looking for a different brand or type?

use fish oil not flax, get super EPA and take 2 pills 2 or 3 times a day with meals.
