Ergonine for women?

My husband got this Ergonine and said it might be helpful for me too. I'm more looking to just be fit and keep my strength while I'm losing weight.

Is this a muscle building thing or could help me?
I've lost some weight already but it helped with my work

You mean your work was easier with more bodyweight before?

Sounds like you want more lean mass while you are losing just the fat.
My first suggestion is don't cut calories too fast, diet slowly and keep protein intake higher.

Choline itself was included in Ergonine because a study has shown that it has an ability to induce fat loss but also supports exercise performance.

In addition LCLT and HICA were included in Ergonine to further provide muscle recovery and retention. It can have some mental clarity or even mood boosting effects but this is based on feedback, I have not seen any studies to present this as a fact. We do know that a deficiency of choline can make life pretty terrible

Feedback based: choline does offer a mood boost, even carnitne salts in some people.

I think that the biggest thing for most people is a mood boost based on the sensation of physical well-being.
We feel great when we are hydrated, strong, energized, and recovered/not sore, as well as muscle fullness in the mirror for the ego boost.

Ergonine should help with all of that as it really is an all-body multi-benefit supplement.

Hell, just betaine anhydrous alone seems to be a pretty incredible supplement, and seems like it fits the bill of what you're looking for perfectly. Here's from a study using betaine daily for 6 weeks (at the exact amount present in Ergonine):

One can imagine that as long as you lead a healthy lifestyle, Ergonine will dramatically help you achieve your goals.

Thanks man. I know that it's hard/impossible to find the full texts to a lot of these studies without paying money for them, but I get unlimited free access to most full texts from my university, and I spend entirely way too much time reading and looking for studies. It's good to know that something "significantly improves LBM," but it's so much better to know by how much, and compared to placebo.

Its especially helpful for studies on herbal extracts, as the extraction method or standardization isn't always in the free abstract.
