This Joint Formula Safe for Humans?

Hey guys,

Im after a bulk joint supplement and found this supplement that is intended for horses:
Equine America Glucosamine 10,000 + MSM

Ive looked at the ingredient profile and it looks pretty good to me and plus it is really cheap!

But im after a second opinion, would this be safe for humans?

Or is there a better/cheaper joint formula out there?

Too much glucosamine for a single dose. Otherwise it is fine. MSM is great stuff, if you want one with a high dose look at Universal Animal Flex, my favorite, and Iron Mag Labs joint product (forget the name, I really liked it as well).

I have tried flex it is ok just very expensive. And if if I purchase that horse supp I would take about 3gr of glucosamine is that about right?
